How can I participate?
You must add a product from the Coca-Cola®, Fanta® or Sprite® portfolio to your basket and meet a MOV of €10. Please make sure to opt-in to our email newsletter to receive an invitation to play the game. After receiving the invitation, you have 72 hours to participate.
What products from the Coca-Cola® portfolio are eligible?
Any product from the Coca-Cola®, Fanta® or Sprite® portfolio is included.
I ordered on the 31 July at 11pm, does it still count?
Yes. Entries are only valid on orders made before 11:59:59pm 31 July 2023.
Can I play the game more than once?
Yes, every order is another entry to participate. However, there is a limit of one play within any 24hr period.
Can I enter the competition if I am not a resident of France?
Unfortunately, the campaign is only available to residents of France.
Can I participate if I am an employee of Just Eat Takeaway.com?
Yes! Employees of Just Eat Takeaway.com can enter.
What if my order got cancelled?
If your order has been cancelled, you don't get any invitation to play link.
I cancelled my order. What happens?
Sorry, cancelled orders don’t count.
If my order gets cancelled by the restaurant, can I still participate?
Unfortunately, even if the order isn't cancelled by you, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a complete order are eligible to play the game.
I ordered, but forgot to opt in for the email newsletter
Unfortunately not, to play the summer game, customers must tick the relevant opt-in box during the checkout process, to receive information about the game.
I have not received an invitation to play email
It can take up to 24 hours after your dish is delivered before you will receive your invitation to play email. Please check if you are subscribed to our email newsletter. If so, please check your spam box.
What happens if I win?
After playing, we'll let you know immediately whether you've won and notify you by email within 24 hours with the prize redemption steps.
How many festival tickets do I get? Are the tickets electronic?
Every festival ticket winner receives two tickets to the named festival, provided in an e-ticket format. You will be given 48 hours after receiving the winner's email to confirm if you will attend the festival or not. Once confirmed, you will be sent your tickets by email.
How many cinema tickets do I get? Are the tickets electronic?
Every cinema ticket winner receives one ticket to the named cinema, provided via code in the winner's email
Is travel and accommodation included in the prize?
The festival will take place in your country of residence. Therefore, travel and accommodation costs are not covered.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included. You are solely responsible for arranging any insurances you deem necessary in relation to attending a festival, theme park, or a cinema.
Am I responsible for paying tax on the prize?
Just Eat Takeaway.com will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. You should consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.
The festival got cancelled, what do I do?
In the event of a cancelled festival, we suggest that you should get in contact with the festival organization.
What happens if I don't want the prize?
If you are not interested in claiming the prize you won, you can decline it. However, please note that the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or any other alternatives.
What are the exact dates of the campaign?
The Taste The Summer campaign runs from 4th July - 31st July 2023.
Are the festival tickets personalised?
The winner's tickets are not personalised.
Will I be compensated for any illness or poor health on my trip?
We are not responsible for any incidents or infections during the festival or travels, and therefore, we will not cover any related costs.
