If you cancel your order, you won't receive an entry.

Unfortunately, even if the order isn’t cancelled by you, any cancelled order is invalid. Only customers with a completed order are eligible to enter.

If you don’t receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, simply get in touch with customer service. They'll be happy to help.

If you win, we'll let you know by email. Our customer service team will then contact you by phone or email with all the details. Once that's done you're free to do a little victory dance.

Yes! As long as they’re 18 years old or over and fit to travel. If you want to take your child, they need to be at least 14, and you must be their legal guardian.

You will only be able to attend the UEFA Champions League Final in London.

If the match is taking place outside your country of residence, we'll cover your flights and accommodation. Feel free to check the T&Cs and with the customer service team to see what your win includes.

Unfortunately, travel insurance is not included.

Just Eat will pay any gambling taxes due and/or any withholding tax that must be withheld from a prize. We recommend that you consult your own (tax) advisor regarding the local tax and legal consequences of winning a prize.

Depending on where you're travelling from, you may need a valid passport to attend the game.

We'll give you 24 hours to respond or accept the prize. After that, the prize will go to another footie fan.

No, the prize can’t be passed on to anyone else or resold.

We're not responsible for any incident or infection during the match or travel. Which means we won't be able to cover any related costs. That's why we recommend you take your own travel insurance.

UEFA will ensure safety measures are complied with in all countries. If you still have concerns, we recommend that you don’t accept the prize.
